July 2015: Moved to the U.S. for study abroad, seeking international experience and cultural diversity. Relocated to the U.K. in September 2016.

 

December 2019: Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Northumbria University.

 

March 2022: Earned a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from the same university.

 

During study abroad, supported the international expansion of a family-run flour milling business, gaining hands-on experience in market research, negotiations, and import/export operations across Europe.

 

June 2022: Returned to Japan and worked as a freelance demographic data analyst, advising a café on post-COVID business hours using GPS-based population data analysis.

 

December 2022: Joined an AI development firm, leading a 10-member international team as Project Manager for an AI meeting minutes project.

 

May 2023: Joined Skill-Up AI, Inc., consulting on AI/DX-driven problem solving and workforce development for major corporations. Left in April 2024 to pursue independence.

 

July 2024: Founded Xworld Strategies Inc., focusing on export business growth, DX promotion, and comprehensive management consulting. Leveraging expertise in AI/DX and international business, the company aims to drive sustainable growth for SMEs.

Motive

Through living abroad for seven years at university and graduate school, I realized once again how safe and high-quality Japanese food is, and I want to share it with the world.

I wanted people all over the world to know how wonderful Japan is. I want to be a bridge to spread Made in Japan products and food to the world by eliminating the barriers that Japanese small and medium-sized enterprises face when expanding into the world, such as "it seems difficult," "I don't understand English," and "there are risks."
